What You’ll Do

• Install hardwood and laminate flooring in residential and commercial settings.
• Prepare and assess subfloors to ensure proper installation.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install flooring materials accurately.
• Install trims, moldings, transitions, and finishing details.
• Remove and dispose of existing flooring when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members.
• Complete projects according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience installing hardwood and laminate flooring.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read measurements and perform accurate calculations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move flooring materials safely.
