About the Role
We’re looking for a Tile Helper to join our installation team in Cranbrook. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, eager to learn, and interested in supporting professional tile installation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist installers with setting up, cutting, and placing tile materials
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Carry, stage, and organize tools and materials
- Mix and apply adhesives and grout as directed
- Ensure job sites remain clean and safe
- Follow instructions from lead installers and work as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Comfortable with physical work, lifting up to ~50 lbs
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous construction or flooring experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and transportation is an advantage
